Baileys Pumpkin Spice Boo-zy Hot Chocolate

Autumn wouldn't be autumn without over-sized scarves causing the tube sweats, shoe selfies on crisp leaves and most importantly, pumpkin spice flavoured EVERYTHING.

I only usually drink Baileys at Christmas whilst inhaling a tub of Quality Street, but their latest creation has had an autumnal makeover and how can anyone resist that? 

Say hello to the limited edition, Baileys Pumpkin Spice.



Hot chocolate, it's time to get boozy.

You will need:

  • 1.5 tbsp of coco power - I used Green & Blacks 100% coco
  • Half a tsp Cinnamon
  • Half a tsp Sugar
  • Shot of Baileys Pumpkin Spice
  • Milk
  • Squirty cream
  • Gingernut biscuits 
How to:

  • Heat your milk on a low heat.
  • Mix your coco, cinnamon and sugar with a splash of water until it goes like a paste.
  • Add a (generous) shot of Baileys Pumpkin Spice and stir it all up.
  • Meanwhile crush up some gingernut biscuits for sprinkling.
  • Once your milk is hot, pour in bits at a time and stir.
  • Add plenty of whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle your gingernut biscuits on top.
  • Stick a straw in and sip away.



There ain't nothing basic about this. It's delicious as you can imagine. Creamy, sweet and like autumn in a cup. 



So the weather is getting chilly and Halloween is almost upon us, it's definitely time to get BoO-zy.
