Peachy porridge

I feel like I see the peach emoji at least once a day - usually referencing a tanned babe and her sandy, peachy bum in a bikini. I wouldn't say my bum is that peachy, so my only use for this emoji, is with my latest porridge recipe - PEACHY PORRIDGE. 

Nothing can set you up for the day quite like a good bowl of porridge. I find that oats can be quite bland, so I try to change it up everyday to avoid a boring breakfast...IMAGINE.

THIS is my current fave. 

You will need: 

  • Milk - If you don't drink cows milk, I'm sure any substitute milk would work just fine
  • Oats - I like flahavans the best
  • Chia seeds
  • Honey 
  • Greek yogurt 
  • Almonds 
  • A peach

How to:

  • Put your milk, oats and a big spoonful of chia seeds into your saucepan. 

  • Let it simmer away on a low heat. 

  • Eat a couple of almonds, pour your tea and chop up half of the peach.

  • When the oats are all sticky and delicious, pour into your bowl. 

  • Drizzle the honey all over. 

  • Put a big dollop of Greek yogurt in the center. 

  • Sprinkle your almonds around the bowl. 

  • Place your sliced peaches on top. 

  • Admire your work, then you are free to inhale the lot. 

So if you don't have an arse like a peach, don't worry, this porridge is just as good.
