Titty Talk

Hi Ladies,
Here’s a bit of a personal one but one that must be made more aware to women. I know you have probably heard this fact a million times, but a whopping 80% of women are wearing the wrong bra size. Now you may be feeling all youthful with your pert bosoms in your incredibly small push up bra, but if it is the wrong size you could be heading down a steep and rocky road, that ends with you being able to tuck your tits into your tights.

I cannot stress the importance of wearing the right size and being fully supported, the younger you do this the more your body will love you and reward you that elasticity for a tiny bit longer. Now us young ones who are lucky enough to not have had the life sucked out of us yet should take full advantage of this.

After working with underwear and learning how to fit a bra properly, I have had the life frightened out of me with words such as SAGGING, DAMAGED, DROOPY – All words that you don’t want to be associated with your prized puppies.

Here are just some tips that will ensure you are wearing the right bra size or not:
  • The middle part of the bra should be lying flat to your body with the under wire swooping under your boob and ending in parallel to around the middle of your arm pit – If it is resting on the boob this can damage the breast tissue and in later life cause SAGGING.
  • The band should be in the middle of the back and horizontal – none of this riding up business, and when trying a new bra on always fasten it on the last hook so when it stretches with wear you have room to make it smaller.
  • The straps shouldn't be digging in or falling down and should fit nice and snugly on your shoulders like a mini shoulder hug.
  • No spillage of the boobage – Your boobs should be happy and comfortable with a smooth line from where the bra meets the bust.
  • Last of all, TRY BRAS ON! Give yourself a good amount of time to try a few on. Brands and styles of bra vary with sizes and don’t be disheartened by a number and a letter, whether it be a 40J or a 28AA they are all the same and need lots of love and attention no matter what the size.
Believe me when I say there is nothing comfier than a bra that fits properly, and as us ladies have to deal with all of this there should be a rule that states :

One should not feel guilty when spending money on something that is not only going to make one look and FEEL amazing, but is exceptionally good for one's body and health.

There, justified.

Love those boobies.

xxx
